Important note about Tapstitch
Wrong Conception operates through Tapstitch, our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. All clothing, printing, and shipping are handled directly by Tapstitch. This means our return and exchange policy follows Tapstitch’s production and fulfillment terms.
Made-to-order items
Because every Wrong Conception piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- You no longer want the item
We strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work directly with Tapstitch to resolve this as quickly as possible.
- To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at wrongconception@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days and work to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wrongconception@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will resolve this at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item arrived with incorrect printing
- Wrong item was sent to you
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue has been verified. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Sizing
Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing before purchasing, reach out to wrongconception@gmail.com and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Shipping
All shipping is handled by Tapstitch. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and current production times. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Wrong Conception is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Customs and duties for international orders
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
