Important note about Tapstitch Wrong Conception operates through Tapstitch, our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. All clothing, printing, and shipping are handled directly by Tapstitch. This means our shipping timelines are governed by Tapstitch’s production and fulfillment terms.

Processing and production timelines

  • Small-volume orders:
    • Production target: 3–7 working days
    • Ship by: no later than the 8th working day from the date the order is paid
    • If you have not received any logistics/shipping information by the end of day 7, you may be eligible for up to 10% of the original order price as compensation
  • Bulk orders:
    • Production target: 7–15 working days
    • Ship by: no later than the 16th working day from the date the order is paid
    • If you have not received any logistics/shipping information by the end of day 16, you may be eligible for up to 10% of the original order price as compensation
  • Note: The above compensation does not apply if delays are caused by changes requested by you (design modifications, extra design requirements, incorrect address, etc.). Wrong Conception reserves the right to determine what constitutes a relevant change.

Delivery, tracking, and updates

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • Delivery times vary by location and production times.
  • Tracking information may take a short time to appear after shipment.

Shipping restrictions and responsibilities

  • All shipping is handled by Tapstitch.
  • Wrong Conception is not responsible for:
    • Carrier delays
    • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
    • Customs and duties for international orders
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

International orders

  • All policies apply to international orders unless noted otherwise in product listings.
  • You may be responsible for duties/taxes and any return shipping costs, depending on your jurisdiction.

  • We will use the information you provide to process your order and shipping updates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
